Whether you're a cheese-eating, beret-wearing, Sartre-reading, wine-drinking francophone...or simply ate a croissant once; French Club has something for you! Bienvenue!

 

If you enjoy French culture, food and conversation then you’ll be thrilled to discover Melbourne Uni French Club! Not only for French students (although we do love an authentic French accent!) this club is ideal for lovers of French language and culture. Get in touch with your inner Frenchy by joining us for weekly catch-ups, free French food, French film and theatre outings, bar nights and much more! Our members include Australian French speakers of all levels and ages as well as French students and exchange students of all nationalities. In short, everyone is welcome! The club is always pleased to welcome new members and is enthusiastic about creating a fun and diverse cultural calendar.

Club Aims:

  1. To bring students of the French language together socially.
  2. To help French exchange students integrate into the social community at the University of Melbourne.
  3. To organise events that can help all members of the University of Melbourne student community to enjoy and celebrate the many aspects of French culture.
  4. To be the first point of contact for anything related to French culture at the University of Melbourne.
